the speed is extremly low

hi i have premier 2018 on my 

i5-2400

ssd wd 240

graphic had 5450

6gb ram

and my premier was good at seequence of 720 but after installing premier form hdd to ssd it goes extremly low especialy in play video 

what's the problem?
