Hello.

I quite often download some videos in mpeg-ts format from the church website where I volunteer to cut sequences from them. But lately, every time I import these videos into Premiere Pro, they are not synchronized with the audio. the audio part seems to work at normal speed, but the video seems to be at a much higher speed and even a few moments of freeze. I looked for solutions and tried to convert to mp4 using Adobe Encoder, but the export has the same problem. Before importing them, the videos do not seem to have any problems, but when importing-exporting in any of these programs, the problem of non-synchronization occurs.

Could you help me with any advice to solve this problem? Thank you.

OS is Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
