It is on Premiere Pro, my video is perfect I checked it, look at the YT Vid and see the frames jumping, it's on Premiere not something else.

yeah i know it happens on premiere pro because of variable frame rate 

game recorded footage, and anyway check audio hardware as Kevin mentioned
