the video in the program monitor blinks when I use the stretch tool (trim edit)

I have a bug each time I use the stretch tool (trim edit).When I place my cursor on a cut and trim it, the video in the program monitor starts to flash so it's impossible to see what I'm doing. 

I really need some help with this problem ! thank you !

Guessing you mean Trim In or Out or Ripple trim in or out.

Make sure composite during trim is off.

Thank you so much ! I turned this option off and the problem no longer exist. It's such a relief, I'm quite new to Premiere Pro and this was bothering me for a month ! thanks again
