There is Left audio only in timeline, but both left and right audio in source panel

I tried many ways to solve it. only one perfect solution i have found that is create a new sequence with the clip. Select the media clip in the Project panel > Right Click > New Sequence from Clip.

but the problem is that now i have to do it every time.
can someone please give me ultimate solution for this?

Could you right click on the file in the project panel go to modify clip and post a screenshot of the audio channel  options:
