Things disappear after deleting media cache?

in Primere pro 2021 (Updated) I have chromakeyed several spots in a time line, deleted media cache and now the key is not there or working? This is such a time killer PLEASE HELP!

Try pressing Enter to render the timeline and turn the red line above the timeline to green.
