Hello @Yasith27460714p8wi,

Thanks for the message and info. It sounds like you are having trouble getting the HEVC codec to work. I found a discussion with a few solutions you can try. Here is the link: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/unable-to-install-mc-enc-hevc-dll/m-p/128688...

Let us know if one of the solutions there helps you.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hey Kevin,

I tried this and it worked for about a month or two but now its back and its only happening on exports which is frustrating. I am paying for the entire cloud and have been paying and I am just frustrated. Is there a permanent fix on the way?

Hi @Yasith27460714p8wi,

I see. Can you try signing out of Creative Cloud, then signing back in? That might help. Let us know.

Thanks,
Kevin
