J'aimerais savoir si c'est possible de faire un time laps à partir d'une vidéo.
C'est à dire extraire des photos de cette video tous les X temps.

You can increase the speed either with Time Remapping or right click on the clip and decrease the duration or increase the speed.

Je connais cette commande, mais il faut mettre la vitesse au maximun, et le fichier est énorme, et un rendu pas surperbe.
J'ai une vidéo d'une demis heure que je veux le metre en 10s

This does not actually extract photos, but give it a try if you're really trying to get a video of the timelapse.
Add the video to a sequence. Set the duration to 10,000%. That appears to be the max PR will do. An 30 minutes video will now run in 18 seconds.
Right click and "Nest." (Nesting makes the framerate in the next step predictable.)
Now add the Posterize Time effect. If you set the Posterize time rate to one, is will show 18 frames, one per second. If you set it to 5, it will show 5 frames per second for the 18 seconds.
If you actually need exports and your frame rate is very low, you can just scan through to each new image, and click the "camera" icon in the Program Monitor ("Export Frame").
