Premiere pro 25.1.0 build 73
Windows 11 23H2
Add a clip to the timeline > right click
show clip keyframes > time remapping > speed
Add a keyframe at 10 seconds on the clip > set to 300% > drag keyframe extent ramp up time.
Add a second keyframe at 30 seconds > set to 100% > drag to extend keyframe ramp down time
Add gausian blur to clip
add blur keyframe at 8 seconds 0% > second keyframe at 10 seconds 100%
third keyframe at 20 seconds 100%, fourth keyframe at 25 seconds 0%
expected result: clip speeds up at 0:10:00 for 20 seconds then slows down, blurs at 0:10:00 seconds for 10 seconds then unblurs
actual result: clip speeds up at 0:10:00 for 20 seconds then slows down, blurs at 0:10:00 seconds for 3 seconds then unblurs too early
Project attached of only that. Similar behaviour with using Scale instead of blur. (Can't include source video, as too big)
Nesting between the effects is the most common way to go.
Do the time remapping the export to intermediate codec and use that in the timeline for further editing

Solution is nesting.
Apply time remapping, nest then adjust scale or add the effects.

I've tried that, sometimes works but not today. Have a clip that I can't get to scale and time remap, adding keyframes and changing values throws the whole rest of the clip out by a whacky amount
