Timecode effect starting on 59:56;00.

Just a suggestion on timecodes in premiere pro. I noticed there's an issue with time starting at 59:56;00. So I solved by creating a layer with a small rectangle for the time to sit in. Then effects >video>timecode. Then adjust size position etc. make sure smpte is selected and timecode source is "generate".  To be clear this is the timecode in effects. Not in the export or preferences. Cheers
