Timeline cannot be previewed, motion graphics unknown error

In the past week, pr has had two major issues that have devastated me. The first is that it is often impossible to preview the timeline picture in real time, and the sound can be played normally, but the real-time picture is in a black screen state, and in any case, the sound is only played, and the picture will not appear. The second is that the dynamic graph is unknown error and cannot be used. I tried to reset the preferences once and it would become normal, but the problem would come up again the next time. This makes pr almost impossible to run smoothly. I use the latest mac system and sonoma 14.3.1.pr is also the latest 24.1.

Thanks for posting the actual OS and PP version. Often people post just 'the latest version' which you did in addition, and it's good to have the version# as for instance, 24.1 is not the latest version today, since PP was updated late last week to 24.2.1.

 

You'll need to show some screenshots of your sequence settings and also to describe your media, is it phone footage, large jpgs, etc.. You may just need to render your timeline.

My adobe creative cloud can not provide me with the latest version download, after refreshing, it always shows that the latest version is 24.1, I don't know whether your 24.2.1 is the private beta version? I found the problem with motion graphics because the pr couldn't link to the motion graphics repository, and it had a problem again this afternoon, when the motion graphics opened, it showed the offline state, and when it was re-linked to the file, it showed an error again, but this is not all of it, some of it is still available.

As I've discovered on various upgrades, somewhat annoyingly the updates are not released to everyone all at once, they do a more systemactic update schedule, you'll see it in the next days.

You've tried resetting prefs, and that worked the one time. Perhaps it's the project file? You can open a new project, and the IMPORT the problem project, see if that may help also.

现在的问题就是,所有的办法都会偶尔有效,重置首选项、建立新项目、导入新序列,都会在项目运行中或者再次开启后失效。非常痛苦,我的项目正在收尾,但是无法降级,只能不断尝试。
