Hi all,

I have problems overwriting in my sequence and I believe it is because something that I see in my timeline but I dont know what is it, how did it get there or how to fix it attach is a small clip so you can see.

I dont know what that number means, I figure out that number comes from the dropdown menu.

but what I am really having trouble is dumping the channel with the number in my sequence (the channel does not appear)
