Timeline Ruler Interval Jumps

For some reason, my timeline ruler jumps from 27/100 of a second to 1 second.

Any idea why this happens and how to fix it?

Those are frames and you have 30fps so when it gets to 29 (2 spaces from your 27) it jumps to the next second.
