timeline vedios not plyed in prograam moniotor and other effect and chnagers are not working

Im  a new user to premior pro as i think these some technical word will can misiing ,as i explain like these my issue ,
my time line vedios are not played in prograam monitor ,~
and effect and other chagers also not working 
In this case sometime 1st ,2nd or some number of vedios are work perfectly in some times ,
i allredy resatrt ,reinstall 
if you know plese help me to fix this issue

Sorry to hear that. What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Have you tried deleting cache files?
