Hi, recently upgraded from Premiere V21 to v22

Since then I have an issue where some timelines will just not stop playing.

When I hit stop (payback) the video stops but the audio continues. I can click around the timeline but cannot update the program window video feed. If i leave it after 9 or so minutes it will stop (along the timeline) and I can work for a couple more actions.

Im working in with .MXF and .MP4 and have done over 100 videos excatly the same in v21 and had no issues.

System wise I have an

imac 27" 16gb ram i5 and a ASUS Rog (pc) with Ryzen 9 5900x, 32gb ram. The issue happens cross platform ie same timeline both systems.

I've tried copy pasting to new sequences (projects), clearing cache, reinstalling, changed the renderer, turned off hardware acceleration in h264 and have lowest preview res possible (1/8).

Thoughts?
