Tiradores de zoom en linea de tiempo

1. Los tiradores de zoom en la línea de tiempo no me hacen zoom y ni zoom out ni mover a izquierda derecha. Tampoco me funciona la tecla más y menos del teclado y las combinaciones con la rueda del ratón

Hola. Las teclas +/- al menos a mí, jamás me funcionarion para hacer zoom en la timeline (o "secuencia") . Tuve que configurar esa función con F2 y F3.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Please navigate to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts (Windows) or Premiere Pro > Keyboard Shortcuts (macOS) and search for Zoom In & Zoom Out commands for Sequence to ensure that the shortcuts are mapped correctly. Also, is the scale slider at the bottom of the timeline not working when you click and drag the ends of it? If so, have you tried resetting preferences to see if it is helping?
