Title font changes when exporting

I see lots of posts here and on Reddit about this, but no *real* solutions. Those posts go back to 2018 or earlier!

Rendering a 4k video

Title fonts change when I export a 16 minute video. This is ridiculous. Has anybody found a proper fix?

What's the source of your text layer?

Essential Graphics, Basic Title on Background. Various fonts. The one showing in the editor is Tw Cen MT Condensed.

Sorry to hear about your problem. I'm not on the product team, I am in support, so I can't address your bug directly. Sorry.
 
That said, I can give the advice to format your bug report as indicated in this post: How do I write a bug report? 

Use the template and that will help the team investigate the issue more easily.
 

Use the template below to provide us with information: 

• Issue - A short description of the problem. 
• Adobe Premiere Pro version number: FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?
• Operating system - Windows or macOS, and which version of those operating systems?
• System Info: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:

  • CPU

  • GPU and Driver Version

  • RAM

  • Hard Drive (and, if external, how the drive is connected: USB 3, Thunderbolt, etc.).

• Video format: Provide information about the type of video you're using. For example, XAVC-I 4:2:2 10-bit. If you're not sure, let us know what settings you selected on the camera. If you don't have access to the camera, sharing a sample file is useful. 
• Workflow details: Tell us any specific info about the project or sequence. For example, is it a multicam sequence?
• Steps to reproduce - Exact steps, in a numbered list, that are needed to reproduce the problem.  
• Expected result - What should have happened after the last step?
• Actual result -  What did happen after the previous step? 

Optional but helpful: upload media, project files, screenshots, or screen recordings demonstrating the issue.

Nothing will change. Nobody will read it. Issues last for years and through many versions. 

I keep saying I'm switching to Resolve, and I keep coming back to Premiere because it's familiar. If my company didn't pay for my CC subscription, I would have stopped paying for it long ago.

I was only trying to help you file a bug. More info does help them try and reproduce issues. FWIW, I'm not seeing this issue on my system using the fonts I am using. It may be related to this specific font.

In that case, feel free to contact assisted support here. The chat pod is in the lower-right corner. Be sure to ask for the "video queue." They are open 7AM to 7PM PST. I hope they can help you. If they help, please report back so that others may benefit. Sorry for the frustration.

Can you share a copy of your project + font? I'll try to replicate the error to help you pinpoint its origin.

So its is a direct export of Premiere ? 

version 23... what number behind that?  

What font? we seen it by one font , but never seen it again

I just ran into the for the first time.

The text was Calibri Regular on an After Effect comp. It was dynamically linked to my Premiere Pro timeline and looked great. After a 40 minute export, I played the file and all the Calibri font was changed to something else in the export! It still looks correct on the timeline, but the export was wrong and I'm not sure how to fix it.

Hey @TMCVSA23 , nothing to do with your question here, but do get off 23.4 and upgrade to 23.6. There's reasons for that.

Are they GOOD reasons?  LOL

Did they finally fix the Workspace issue?

I'm always hesitant to upgrade because it hasn't alwasy worked in my favor. I'm currently in the middle of a big project so will likey wait to do the upgrade.
