Title fuction issue

In Premiere Pro CC 2019, the title UI misses all its 4 functions: tools, styles, actions, properties. You have to turn them all manually every time opens it. Good job, Adobe.

It is still there: assemble  in the All Panels workspace.

Keep in mind, it is an essentially deprecated function. There are very few reasons not to use the newer title tool and Essential Graphics panel (although, yes, there are still a couple)

This is a known issue and we are working on a fix. Temporarily you can get rid of this issue by resetting the workspace following this path:

Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout
