Do you think the latest version of premiere pro is the worth in the long time ?
So many bugs (mogrt, transcribe and more)....

It's definitely important to give some consideration to when we move up to newer versions of any software, including Premiere Pro.
I usually take advantage of being able to have both the the prior major release (currently 24.x) and the current release (currently 25.x) installed at the same time. That way, I can try new features while completing my day-to-day work in what might at least seem to be a more stable version. Of course, this means paying extra attention to which version we start new projects in or open existing ones.

26.x is right around the corner. As soon as that's available for download is when when I'd usually start using 25.x for my day-to-day work while having 26.x installed to try new features.
