That's silly. I need it to work with one click; I don't have time to do the same thing over and over again. Please fix it.

Thanks for the post. I have heard about this problem being worked on by the team. Here are some steps that might be able to assist you.
Reset Media Cache:
Launch the application pressing down the Shift key. The Reset Options dialog gives you the opportunity to delete the Media Cache.
Avoid Presets:
Apply Warp Stabilizer manually instead of using saved presets.
Reimport and Reapply:
Export the clip, reimport it, and apply Warp Stabilizer fresh.
Disable Overlapping Tracks:
Ensure n
