When I import iPhone files, they come in brighter than finder.

What needs fixing to import as they look?  Never before.

The links Peru Bob gave will cover it. Major changes in Pr2022's underlying color system. Part of the problem for many users is learning how to work within the new system. And part is that not all parts of that new system are working as intended, and are being fixed for an update sometime ... soon-ish, we all hope.

Quick answer: In Project Panel, right click footage, go to Modify, Interpret Footage, Under Color Management, Override Color Space: choose Rec 709

*You can do multiple files at once.
