Track Select Forward tool - Deselect one track?

Hello Everyone, 

There was to be a modifier key that allows me to Deselect one track (or several tracks) and, say move all the tracks forwards except the one I'd like to keep in place.

It could save me a lot of time, as I'm working with many tracks editing films. Is there a way?

Think it is the other way around: being able just to select on track.
