When I move clips on the timeline/sequence in premiere pro on my new macbook pro with the m3 chip the trackpad creaks. With the help of Apple's support, we managed to figure out that it was the haptic feedback that was causing the problem, and the problem disappeared when I clicked off that function in the computer settings. The Support at Apple suspected that it was a bug in PP that could hopefully be resolved with a future update.
