Transcribe button greyed out and can't get it back

Premiere Pro 22.4.0 on 2015 iMac running Monterey 12.3.1

Yesterday I was able to transcribe just fine. Come into work today my transcribe button is greyed out. Our agency license is current. My coworker's button is there. I've restarted Premiere Pro and the computer. I've tried different projects and same result. The only thing I haven't tried is uninstall and reinstall. Was hoping to see if anyone had some help before I do that.

I would try resetting preferences.

First close Premiere then: 

1. Hold down: Alt/Options on Mac or Alt on (Windows).
2. Keep holding down the Alt key, and click on the Premiere Pro app icon to open it.
3. In a few seconds, it asks you “Are you sure you want to reset your preferences?”. Click OK.
