After completing my editing, I opened the text panel and clicked on transcribe for video captions. It processed for a while and then my PC shut down. Since, then I've been trying to use this feature, but the same thing is happening again and again.
I'm using an i5 13th gen processor with Nvidia 2060 super, 32 gb ddr4 memory system.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
I'm using the Premiere Pro 24.2.1 version.

Hey Priyanka,

Sorry for the poor experience. Do you see any error codes or messages when your system shuts down? Please try performing a clean installation of the most recent NVIDIA Studio Drivers. Corrupt or outdated drivers might cause similar issues. Please also let us know if your system restarts while using another app.

Thanks,

Ishan
