I recently had issues with long transcript wait times and or errors transcribing content generated by wellsaidlabs.com. Wellsaidlabs generates very realistic voiceover content. But I've had warnings and some errors importing and transcribing that content.

I want to mention this is waveform audio downloaded from wellsaidlabs.com. They do offer other formats, such as mp3, which I haven't tried to use.

Paul@QuidelOrtho Thanks. I'll assume you mean Premiere Pro 24.0.3. Do you see these issues with media from any other sources? Would you be willing to share a sample file that's causing this issue? If so you can DM me and I'll set up a folder for you to upload to.

It's version 24.0.0 (Build 58).
No, I've never experienced this issue with any other media.
I'd be happy to send you a file if I can figure out how to DM you here.

@mattchristensen This is a project I've been working on for the past month or so. I have received warnings from Premiere and Audition when importing or opening these WAV files. I reported this issue to wellsaidlabs.com but never received a response. I'm unsure if they ever made any changes to resolve the issue on their end if, in fact, it's their issue.
My workaround is to export my entire project as a .wav file, import it into a new project, and run the transcript. I then export the transcript and then import it back into my project. That seems to work for me.
