Transcript Tab content updates only after switching tabs

Hi! I found a problem that Transcript Tab content updates only after switching tabs(to Caption or Graphics). It is happening both when you create transcript for the first time and when you re-generate it.

I have not seen this. Updating from an edit? From changing from one sequence in the timeline to another, etc. Does it always happen?
