Transcription Feature Problem

Hey everybody,

I was using the Transcription feature for a few months now with huge success.

All of a sudden, it started grouping all the captions into one big caption, and then one more caption.

So I have to manually split the text.

Anybody experienced something like that as well?

Sorry to see that. Are you getting this issue with a particular project? Have you already tried resetting preferences?

I tried resetting the preferences, but I am getting the same problem.

It happens on a big project I am working on for a while now, it's the only project with captions.

It was working great until some point and then this bug started.
