Transferring from VHS to digital using OBS

Hello

I want to transfer some old VHS tapes to digital. I am using a Windows 10 laptop.

I have an old version of Premier Pro. However, I have been told that it is no longer supported and redundant.

It has been suggested that I use OBS to transfer from VHS to digital. I have downloaded the program but am struggling to make it work.

I have attached details of the cables I own to connect the VCR to my laptop.

Can anyone advise me how to proceed?
