When you translate the audio to English, is there a way convertion another languge?
So, I run the transulate and it works great so now I have it in one languge and want to re transulate that to a different languge, is it possible?
I can confirm that exporting to SRT and translating that file is currently the only supported translation workflow.
Best regards,
Alexander

I've been trying to translate captions to a different language and haven't been able to upload the language add-ons from cc to Pr Pro. I sent a question to Adobe Community but haven't received a response. Maybe this feature works but I can't get it to work on my version of PR Pro 2024. Hopefully, someone can provide help. Best of luck.

Hi @johnt50524563,
I read your note. Sounds like you're having trouble with captions and translations. Again, the speech to text function does not translate. There are no language "add ons," as all support is built in to the app now. Which language are you working with?
Thanks,
Kevin

@Kevin-Monahan Appreciate the response. I have been successful at translating videos and generating cc for the same video. This feature works great compared to the previous way of generating cc. I generate English cc but also want to provide optional languages for my training courses (online) in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian for now. I have been successful copying the srt English file to a text file, translated it using Google translate, and uploading it as a new srt file for the video. I was just trying to do this in Premiere Pro, all in one place in one app. But it looks like this is not available.
Thanks,
John

Hi @johnt50524563,
Good question. I wonder if @Alexander Riss might be able to respond to this question. Alexander, can you confirm that this workflow is not yet available?
Thanks,
Kevin
