Transparency issue in Premiere pro

So I have files format PSD, png from photoshop in my timeline, primarily text on transparent background, even with 100% opacity of the text in photoshop and premiere pro the text looks semi-transparent...

Please post screenshots of your Effect Controls Panel and your psd and png properties.

The PNG importer is known to cause trouble, especially with transparency and edges.
Try importing the PSD itself - That should solve your case.
