Travamento na Linha do TEMPO

O programa está travando (crachando) ao reproduzir, a agulha da linha do tempo não desenvolve, como se estivesse muito pesado, porem é só na ultima versão, isso ocorre em projetos sem nenhum efeito.

E não é a configuração da maquina pois está tudo preparado para rodar sem problemas...

To troubleshoot, press Shift on launch and choose to clear the media cache in the Reset Options dialog box. If that doesn't work, try resetting preferences and plugin loading the cache.

You can also try proxies or transcoding the footage.

Let the community know if any of the troubleshooting steps work. I hope the team will respond soon. I am sorry for the frustration.
