I shot an interview last week. I have a routine I use in Audition to sweeten spoken-word audio, and I want to run this interview through that process. But, when I ask to edit sequence in Audition, it creates a series of clips -- one for each cut in my timeline.
Is there any way for it to show-up in Audition as a single clip (a clip that is comprised of all the subclips)?
I tried nesting the audio clips in Premiere, but it won't let me "edit in Audition".
Thanks,
Neil

Try exporting to an intermediate audio file, import into your project, and then send to Audition.

Thanks -- that worked!

You can work that on the sequence using the effects rack, using the Track tab in Audition. So all clips get the same effects applied, as it's applied to the track not the clips.

I had tried the effects rack, but for some reason Normailize wasn't working. I'll try again -- maybe I hadn't done "Track Effects".
Thanks for your tip!

Yea, it's easy to miss which tab you're working in. They're supposedly 'sticky', but I've occasionally been working in say Clip tab (at least I thought I was ... ) and find that the Track tab is highlighted ... or the other way around.
