Hi, I've been looking around but can't find this:

Is there a way to trim a clip by 1 frame (from front or back)?

I want to set a keyboard shortcut for this but can't find the command.

Obviously I can do it with my mouse, but want a shortcut - or to know what the command is called so I can set it!

Thanks
