Hey guys, I've run into a little problem using any effect that affects the border of an image. I have a PNG of a logo with a transparent background, and I'm trying to add a glow effect to the logo. The issue is that the logo's edges are flush with the edges of the transparent background. This results in the glow effect being cut off by the edge of that actual PNG. Are there any efficient workarounds for this?
Hey there, @radgood,
Thanks for the question. Have you tried VR Glow? I got that working pretty well. Let me know. Sorry for the trouble.
Thanks,
Kevin

Yeah, that's the effect I'm trying to use, but it's not working how I want it to.

There are a few different workarounds for this, depending on the glow effect you're using. Here are some options you can try:

I tried the first 2 options and neither worked, unfortunately. I can't figure out the graphic layer solution because I moved up from Premiere Pro 2024 to 2025 and everything has been moved around a little.

The only difference to keep in mind is that the Properties panel has replaced the Essential Graphics panel.
