Trying to install Premier Pro and no password?

Hello please could you help mE ? 
 I have a premier account it is Band new !! 
***I am trying to install premiere Pro via the installer the title says

premiere Pro installer wants to make changes enter password below____ 

 So my problem is I don't seem to have a password??
 what password are they talking about?

And how do I get one please?

I've tried my Adobe password that does not work 😞

That is your operating system asking for your user password (Windows or Mac password), not Adobe asking for your password.
