UI Freeze

Ive been having a problem with the UI not responding to any of my clicks. No highlighted effect is shown when on clips or effects, zooming in or out dosent work and it only seems to do this when im in full screen windowed it works normally. Has anyone run into this problem before and if so what could fix it?

We're sorry to hear about this. Let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using & the system specs. Also, have you tried resetting app preferences to isolate any preference corruption issue that might be causing the app to misbehave?
