Hi,

I need to remove a white color (background) from a PNG file which I exported from a  PDF file using Acrobat Reader.
After using Ultra Key and picking the white BG color, the transparency can be noticed ONLY when I play the video in the premiere. If I stop playing it the white background comes back.

Also, the white background is not removed after rendering the file.
Any idea how could I fix this issue?
I attached the file I'm using.

Thank you

Best regards
Jakub

Since your text is black and blue, I presume you are trying to put it on to a different colour background? Grey, yellow, pink?

You might have more success using a transfer mode. Select your clip and in the Effect Controls panel choose a different Blend mode under the Opacity section. Try multiply first.
