Unable to access Adobe Stock Music in Premier Pro

Hi,

I'm unable to access Adobe Stock Music via Essential Sounds in Premiere Pro. It's coming up with "0 results" for all Moods/Genres/Filters. Is there something I have to do to gain access to the stock music? I thought it came free with the software, like it does with Premier Rush.

Stock music is not for free:

Hit the three dots on the right side in the Browse tab.

Rush is a totally different program.
