Unable to create image buffer (freezing and beeping)

As you can see in the video I got "Unable to create image buffer" error while editing. After that my pc frozen and locked up itself. When I tried to click anywhere as you can see in the video it's creating beeping sound. I wasn't able to do anything so I turn off pc through pc case. It happened to me for the first time.

My Pc Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Gtx 1060 Strix, 32 Gb Ram (3200 Mhz), Premiere Pro working on Nvme storage.

P.S: I've record it via phone since it was frozen.

We're sorry about this. Let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using. Is this happening with any specific project or all the projects? Also, have you used any third-party plugins in the project?

Thanks for your message, I'm using 15.4 version of Premiere Pro. I'm not using plugins. It happened me one time it never happened again but I'm bit scared of it to encounter with it. So I'm not sure it's related to the specific project. However after restarting pc I was able to continue my project without problem.
