Unable to export video in MP4 format

When i am exporting video in H264, Compling error is displaying, its not allowing to to export as a mp4 file. Please help. (error screenshot attached)

Thanks Ann, but have and had these settings and do not work. Stopped working after installed Premiere Rush. Dont know if related. Any other help to give?
