Nothing passes my mouse become a incone of a "red round baré". I then tried to import by doing the following: file> import> "my .exr file And I noticed that when the import to finish I click on one of my frames, and the image is black, nothing appears Would anyone have a solution? Hi Brizengan,

I am sorry about the trouble.

What is the source of your media files and where exactly they are located?

What are your system specs & which OS are you on?

    Try this:

Open your project, click on File > Project settings > General and change video renderer to 'Software Only Mode' and delete previews.

Check if that makes any difference.

    Thanks,

    Kulpreet Singh
