Unable to Install Premiere Pro on Mac

Hello. My CC subscription got expired and I was kicked out so I uninstalled my premiere pro 2021 and installed a cracked 2020 version but that didnt load my project files SO i had to go back to paying but now i am unable to re install premiere pro from the creative cloud as it has been hung on 'waiting'. I need help on how to get past "waiting'

Do a factory reset of your Mac, install the CC app, and then install your apps.
