Unable to open a project in Premiere Pro

I opened PremierPro 2021 and worked on project that was created in 2020. I always make sure to save my projects even the Premier does as well. Closed Premier yesterday, opened it today and all the elements of the project (photos, videos, songs, etc.) open, but the actual project file does not. Very frustrating as it is for a wedding client and I was almost done.

The older version opens in 2020 and 2021, but the updates that I did yesterday are not there. Also, 2021 seems a bit wonky as it told me to save my project as a new file (not save over the old file) as there was an error and Premier could not guarantee it would save.

Any suggestions while I start over on my video? Thank you.

I did try that, but because I saved it last in 2021, it would now allow it. ;-(

I know it has to be something silly. But time is NOT on my side.  UGH

I think I opened in the project panel.

I see the files (see attached)

Tried in Pr 2020 (said I have to use new version)

I import them (see attached)

BTW, I uninstalled BOTH versions, 2020 and 21. Reinstalled only 2021 since it was all that was available.
