Hello, I am using Windows 11 Pro and Premier Pro 23.2.0 (Build 69), I having an issue that no matter which workspace profile I open I cannot open the Essential Graphics Panel for templates, nor can I edit anything related to a title quality inside of that panel. IE: None of the title graphic functionality is clickable, just shows fonts are note active and I can't download them, or click on anything in that panel, but all the other panels are fully operational. I've closed, reboot, created a new project, all text and graphic functionality remains inaccessible.
