Unable to open Premier Pro

Hello, I have tried with no success to open the new version of Premier Pro. It keeps giving me errors as seen in the attached image. How can this be rectified?

That is a Microsoft issue.

I am not sure but your link is from 2015

Should that not be Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 en 2019?
