Unable to update beyond Ver 23.0

Hi Friends,

I'm unable to launch the program after updating from 23.0 to 23.5,  I have not been able to update to all the other versions that came after 23.0 either. I've been trying to update every version that came after 23.0 but each time after successfully updating , I will not be able to launch it. When the program is loading it will freeze at "Loading ExporterAIFF.prm" and I will get the Premiere Pro.exe has encountered...message.

I running on Win10 Pro, Nvidia GeForce RTX2060.

Would appreciate any advise on what I should do.

Same for me here, PR, AE take 5mins to load (if you let them) and Media Encoder won't start at all
