Do what the message says.

Then check read/write permission.

BTW you do not upload files to Premiere you import or ingest.

I don't understand the message unfortunately. What's another "location"  I can try for the project? And how do I check read/write permission?

Are you saving your Premiere Pro project files to the same location that you save your Final Cut Pro Libraries to?

If you've already started editing, try saving to a location like the Documents folder  to at least have your current progress saved.

You can use File > Save As to move the Premiere Pro project file to a different location later.
