Uncompressed 8-bit 4:2:2 exports out corrupted

When exporting Uncompressed 8-bit 4:2:2 from Premiere or Media encoder version 24.6.4 or newer, on an M1 Ultra, Ventura 13.6.1, files come out a .1 MB larger than they should and are corrupt. The file only shows a spinning circle in quick look, and only plays black in quick time. VLC can play the file but it takes it a long time to sort the file out.

24.4.1 works. Something broke in newer versions.

Attched is the workign vesion from 4.1, and the non workign from 6.4 and newer
