Hello
The work material is film that was shot in 1971. It is 2 hours of length.
I have at least 20 minutes of severaly underexposed segments. Is there anything I can do to ever so slightly improve this material? The rest of the film is normal exposer, all good.
Using Premiere Pro CC 2021.
Attached is a sample clip.
Thanks for any advise.

Are you sure it is under exposed? If it is under under exposed you simply adjust the gamma, contrast and brightness. That being said I don't think it is under expossed as much as the subject was shot in the shadows. In order to brighten up the subject in the shadows the brightest parts where you see sunshine on the grass will get blown out (it kind of is already). Having said that you should be able to make it look better.
